Ramon Dino: natty or not?

Likely enhanced Brazil's first Mr. Olympia champion — 2025 Classic Physique winner, 2023 Arnold Classic

Short answer. Verdict: likely enhanced. At the peak physique on this page, Ramon Dino is 5'11" (180 cm) and 227 lbs (103 kg) at roughly 6% body fat. That works out to an FFMI of 30.0, against the ~25 mark cited as the natural ceiling.

Ramon Rocha Queiroz, who everyone calls Ramon Dino, became the first Brazilian man to win a Mr. Olympia title when he took Classic Physique in 2025. He had finished second in the division in 2022 and 2023, and won the 2023 Arnold Classic on the way.

The numbers

Classic Physique is the one open division with a scale in it: at 5’11” (180 cm) a competitor makes his height’s weight cap or he does not compete. Dino makes it, and carries around 254 lbs (115 kg) between shows.

That off-season figure is the interesting one. Holding 250-plus pounds at a visible body fat and then stripping to a hard cap on stage is a recomposition cycle, repeated yearly, that reads nothing like natural maintenance. His FFMI on stage sits above the drug-free ceiling our methodology page cites even at the capped weight — which is the point of a cap: everyone in the class is at the same number, so the division does not reward mass, it rewards what the mass looks like.

The concession is real and worth stating: the physique’s shape — waist, lines, proportion — is not something a compound hands out, and it is the reason he beat men carrying the same allowance.

Verdict

Likely-enhanced — on the league and the arithmetic, not on anything he has said. The IFBB’s professional divisions test for nothing anabolic. Classic Physique caps the scale, not the pharmacy, and this page treats its champions the way it treats the open class: opinion, held firmly, stated as opinion.

Common questions

Is Ramon Dino natty or on steroids?

This site rates Ramon Dino as likely enhanced. That is an opinion drawn from public numbers, not a statement of fact: the peak physique on this page works out to an FFMI of 30.0, against the ~25 mark cited as the natural ceiling.

Has Ramon Dino ever failed a drug test or admitted to using PEDs?

Nothing of the sort turned up in the sources on this page. Had it, the verdict would read confirmed instead of likely enhanced.
